Bookstore & Library Mailing Lists Data Files
Usage Restrictions:
- Mailing list data files are for unlimited personal use only.
- Sharing or reselling these files is not permitted.
Delivery Details:
- Data files are sent as Microsoft Excel attachments via email.
- Files are not available for immediate download after purchase. A confirmation email is sent first. After your order is confirmed, another email with the data files attached will follow.
- Please add caseyhill@newpageswork.com to your safe senders list to ensure delivery.
Checkout Process:
- A PayPal account is not required, thanks to the secure guest checkout option.

NewPages hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. If your order falls outside of our normal business hours, it can take up to 2 business days for a confirmation email to be sent. Sometimes these confirmation emails go to SPAM/junk email folders, so please check there.

Mailing lists available as data files for use with your own software or printed on pressure-sensitive laser labels.
Mailing list data files are sent as Microsoft Excel files, readable on a PC or Mac. All lists are U.S. addresses (except for the Canadian indie bookstores).
Social media links include Facebook and X. The bookstore lists can also include Instagram.
Deliverability: We check our lists and actively correct and update them. 100% delivery guarantee for U.S. postal addresses! We reimburse you for postage for each undeliverable you send to us within 45 days of list purchase. (Postcard or envelope front must be sent to us; maximum refund per address is cost of 1-ounce first-class postage at time list is purchased.)
Mailing list counts: Counts may change as we correct and update the lists. You can contact us for an updated count if you would like before you make a purchase.
Indie bookstore email addresses: Email addresses in the indie bookstore lists are not guaranteed. We do our best to keep them updated, but email addresses can change quickly or be set to block unsolicited email.
We do not have an email address for each bookstore. We do have an email address for about 80% of the stores, but this continues to change. Contact us if you want a current count before ordering.
Bookstore email addresses are not opt-in addresses. The list was compiled from publicly-available sources such as the bookstore’s website. Email addresses are primarily general bookstore accounts and not to individual owners or buyers.
We advise you to be aware of the laws regarding unsolicited advertisement sent to email addresses. We recommend that you do not use our list for any mass emailing unless you use a system compliant with anti-spam laws (such as iContact, Constant Contact, or another such program).
We provide our business information for lawful purposes only and expressly forbid the use of our business information in any unlawful manner. As NewPages is simply a provider of data, the responsibility rests with our customers to ensure that their actions are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
Payment: Payment in full must be received with order. Checks should be made payable to NewPages. (We will invoice university-based publishers.)
Unlimited Usage: Lists are yours for private unlimited use. Not for resale. Unauthorized resale will be billed to you at the full unlimited use charge.
Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about the lists or terms. Once we have sent your data files, we cannot refund your order.
