It promises the excitement of trend-setting work and the artistic excellence of a proud Midwestern literary tradition. The review is geared to the curious reader who prefers a range of styles and voices, intelligent and lively discourse, and strong, original writing. Water~Stone Review publishes work in all genres (from both emerging and well-known writers), essay/reviews, and writers’ interviews.
