What: Text ads featured in our Where to Submit and Events sections.
Posting Schedule: Ads are posted Tuesday through Friday mornings and run 30 days from postdate. If reserving multiple months, ads are reposted every 30 days.
Word Limit: 110 words (includes headline & body copy).
- 1 paragraph block formatting only.
- Can include 1 hyperlink.
Enhancement Options: You can enhance your ad text with an image or PDF flyer for an additional cost.
- Images: Must be web-friendly jpg, png, or webp formats in 1:1 or 4:5 ratio, and under 200kb.
- PDFs: Can be up to 2 pages and should be under 500kb. They can be interactive.
Social Media Promotion: For an additional cost, NewPages can promote your ad to our 30,000+ combined followers on X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Bluesky. We offer a single post option across all platforms or weekly promotion on all platforms.
Add-Ons: You can add on a sidebar ad (300×250 pixels) for maximum impact. Sidebar banners are available on the NewPages homepage, NewPages Blog, and interior pages.
Reservation Policy: Please reserve your ad with NewPages at least one week in advance of your requested postdate. Same day and next day postings are not available.
Payment Policy: We ask that ads are pre-paid before posting. Exceptions made for university-based organizations.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available until the ad is posted. Once the ad is posted, no refund can be given.
NewPages reserves the right to refuse any advertising.
