Tia Chucha’s Centro Cultural & Bookstore founded in 2001 strives to transform community in the Northeast San Fernando Valley and beyond through ancestral knowledge, the arts, literacy and creative engagement. The space offers a variety of special events, book clubs, author readings, programs such as, “From Trauma to Transformation(T2T)” and our “Lil’ Readers” Program, a bilingual storytelling for children. We also offer workshops such as healing circles, classes in the arts, and much more!
